How can i stop my friend from wearing makeup/is it my fault?

I'd say sit down and ask her about it. ask why she's wearing the make up. I wear make up just because it makes me feel pretty. but tell her that you think she is pretty without it and that she isn't fat. the way u phrased it in the question sounds like a good way to tell her.
