Me and wife are in long distance relationship, and i need some help please.?

im studying 3 hours away by flight from my wife. We do it almost 3 years, and she encourage me to complete my program at school. after 3 months i didnt see her, her granmother got sick, and she needed to go away in the same day i landed. i understand it wasnt planed, however, i feel so connected to her. i miss her alot, and while she is away, we fight alot on the phone. she saying im ruing her mood, and she always busy talking to me. i trust her alot , but when we were away for almost 4 months she gone now for almost 2 moths. i feel so frustrated because i miss her and love her so much. please someone can help me to write her something?
