Scared about Birth, Pregnancy and I have some problems. HELP!?

I am 9 moths pregnant with twins and am 23 years old. I am married now but am awfully scared about giving birth. I have also been feeling quite ill as well as dizzy. I have been having lower cramps in my belly as well as a very unsellted baby inside me. I am really tired and by belly hurts. I also haven't been seeing my hubby as much and when we try to get intimate, the baby belly, because it is so massive; always seems to stop me. So, does anyone have any idea of what to do with the health problems as well as steaming up my intimacy with my husband suitable for a pregnant women?
