I'm having make-up issues!!?

I live in Florida, I moved her from West Virginia a year and a half ago. I've always been able to keep my makeup fresh and clean all day in school but now a year later I'm having issues with it. I LOVE hair && make-up!! Im good at doing both BUT my eyeliner keeps running or smearing down below my eye and my coverup/foundation/blush fades. My face gets shinier sometimes too !! How can I fix this? Its irritating!
