Best drugstore waterproof makeup?

Alright so if anyone knows of any waterproof makeup they agree is worthwhile buying I would appreciate knowing. Anything like coverup, foundation, eyeliner, mascara... etc. Thanks so much! Gotta get ready for summer! :)
