What to wear on a 2 week Florida Vacation?

In 3 weeks I will be going to Florida for 2 weeks. We will be visiting some Theme Parks and Beaches. We went last year as well but I was 60 pounds heavier then I am right now. I lost 60 pounds from July-December of last year. So my wardrobe choices are ALOT different this time. Here is my question I have probably 10 different swimsuits that I'm bringing with and I am wondering if it would be appropriate to wear them with a coverup dress around while shopping and walking around during the day in Florida? Or would it be innapropriate. I have alot of cute cover up dresses.
