I have a small-ish swolem painful pimple?

on my upper chin i have like this swolen painful pimple! its not like really big but its like swollen and redish and hurts! im going swimming with a friend in a couple of days and sense i wont just be able to wear coverup in need to kill this zit BEFORE it comes to head so i dnt have to pop it and have a scar/red spot from popping it......it just popped up this morning and i used zeno hot spot and on the spot treatments and asprin mask and ice cube what else can i do?????? btw i have oily acne prone skin BUT i take good care of my skin
