I have moths on my ceiling light?

So I've been up all night with my friend right? But she went to bed. And I got up to go to get a drink in the kitchen. But when i get up like 10 moths are up in my light that hangs from the ceiling. What can I do to get rid of them? I don't moth balls or anything like that because they stink. And Im TERRIFIED of them. Any advice?
