I hate my skintone :( pls help?

When I wear makeup I look good. But when I see girls who DON'T wear makeup they look great! When I wash all mine off and go all natural my skin looks gross. I have good skin..no acne....but..the colors are weird...in between my eyebrows I have reddish blotchs ..same around my nostrils and little on my cheeks. Then around my mouth I have wat I belive is green veins bu they are very vivid on some days. Under my eyes I have a greenish brownish purpleish color and it makes me look so gross and dead. I take good care of my skin. Wash everyday. Cold water. Face washes. Gentle. Then skin moisturizing lotion when I get out of the shower. Is there a different skin lotion or anything I can buy to try to even all this out or make it seem less visible?? Id like to never wear coverup again...is there something that can make my skin look like im wearing coverup ( I mean as in my skin looks nice and even and bright glowy...nothing. gross )...wherecan I buy and how much. Or home remedies even??
