How old should you be till you wear makeup?

alot of people think 11/ 12 year olds shouldn't wear make-up cause there still "kids" but if you want to then go ahead nobodys stoping you xD whatever makes you feel you. You don't have to wear the whole lot, if you have a fine face then i don't think you'll need foundation for a while . i never wear make up i like looking all natural :D i'm 14 though
