How can i get capital for business?

some 3 days ago i requested for help as to how i can get capital for business, because i tried to consult many people so that they assist me with some money as i was advised but all in vain,micro finances,banks and others failed to help mi as in they want mogadges which i don`t have. yet the business i want to do am sure with in 12 moths all the amount will be refunded according to my business plan.so what can i do ma friends?
