Could I wear a swimsuit cover up as a dress?

YES! I have this cute cotton pink strapless swimsuit cover up and I wear it all the time with a jean jacket. It looks like a summer dress with or without the jean jacket. I think you could definitely pull it off for sure! There really isnt any difference between a cotton summer dress and a cotton cover up in my opinion. Go for it! (:
