Cigarette burns please help?

Going on three months I had these two cigarette burns. I so sick of having to wear hoddies or bunch of hair ties or bracelets over it, so my family/friends/anyone won't see it. I tried coverup, but it is a totally different color of my arm, and looks weird. I thought after three months it would go away, but it hasn't it just looks like two round dark marks on my arm, It's very noticeable. So please tell me if you know anyway to either fade or better way to cover it up.
