Bad skin peeling like thing! EMERGENCY! Big day coming up! What can I do?

Try loading abunch of lotion on the area constantly for moisture. Keep it very thick and apply it often, it will loosen the dry skin so maybe it will be easy to peel of making the surface smoother or even go away!
