Makeup Question (guys and girls answer please)?

do you think that high school age girls look better with more or less makeup? like for eyes, do girls look better with just some mascara or eyeshadow and mascara, or do they look better with eyeliner on top and bottom, eyeshadow, and mascara? or just eyeliner on top OR bottom and not both? and do girls with some acne look better with foundation and coverup or with out it?
