Foundation/primer/powder/cover… question!?

okay I don't have acne prone skin, but it is red on my cheekbones right by my nose on either side, and I have slight dark circles under my eyes. How do I get rid of these without putting tonnes of makeup on? Like tecniques and makeup and brands are greatly appreciated! :)
