What is the best liquid coverup for hiding acne?

I have a lot of acne and dry skin. I have a good moisturizer so the dry skin really isn't a problem but when I put on my covergirl liquid foundation it makes it dry. I also have pretty bad acne that is extremely difficult to hide. I'm looking for a low price drugstore foundation. Please help me!
