Please help me need help about wisdom teeth?

Okay soo first my gums won't stop bleeding I got all 4 of them out this morning and I want the bleeding to stop also I have bad swelling and doesn't let me open my mouth... When can I rinse my moth with salt water? How do I make the salt water?? Please help I'm in pain and I'm only 15 years :/
